SourGlobal is a product-sourcing service. We source products from suppliers in China, inspect them, and arrange shipping and delivery to customers in Europe, managed through our online dashboard.

Access to the dashboard is granted by our team. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Prices and landed-price estimates shown before a formal quote are indicative only. A binding price is set once our team confirms your quote. Unless stated otherwise, the confirmed landed price includes the product, shipping to Europe, customs and VAT. Minimum order quantities may apply and are shown on each product.

Payment is due as set out in your confirmed quote and processed through the methods available in your dashboard. Orders proceed once payment is received and confirmed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production, freight and customs. Where the confirmed price is stated to include customs and VAT, we handle those on your behalf; any charges outside that scope will be communicated in advance.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose or to source prohibited, counterfeit or unsafe goods.

The website, dashboard, and their content and branding are owned by SourGlobal / Buildfasto LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product images and data provided by suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
